Psychological Gymnasium

Psychological Gymnasium is a Gymnasium for the mind.

It is self development well-being programme. Once a week for three hours spanning three months.

Anyone who wishes to heal himself and enhance quality of life can come for the programme.

It will involve self expression, self evaluation, self change processes.

Schools and tools from both east and west will be used.

It is a group process and demands that the participant have adequate interest in ones inner life.

Participants have to be graduates and more than 21 years of age.

Fees for the programme is Rs 5000. It can be paid in 3 monthly installments.
