Workshop on Psychoanalysis and Aghora

Psychoanalysis has wide scope of applicability. Psychoanalysis is deployed for both clinical and non-clinical purposes. Psychoanalysis is a western framework for self-knowing and self-transformation mostly focused on the area of psychopathology. In the East many schools both regular and esoteric have been in existence for thousands for years before psychoanalysis came into existence aimed at the same goals of same knowing and self-transformation.

Aghora is one such school of self-knowing and self-transformation. Aghora is a part of Tantra, the most extreme and esoteric and most controversial part of Tantra. It is interesting hence to interface Aghora and Psychoanalysis to study parallels, overlaps, agreements, dis-agreements and enriching synthesis –where it is possible- that can enrich both.

  It is essential to have a foundation in Psychoanalysis to attend the workshop.
  
  The workshop shall be of one day and participation can be in person or on skype/whatsapp/zoom/google meetup. Participants shall have to get registered by paying a fees of Rs 3500/-. Participants will financial constraints can discuss for a calibrated waiver on a case to case basis.
